My Story
My name is Alex, I have been making art since I was a child. I love creating something new from what I have been given. I have always known that creativity is a huge part of my life, I draw inspiration for this passion from my own life as well as from those around me. It has evolved into a passion for creating and sharing photographs with others. Not only as a professional wedding photographer, but taking photographs of my family and friends. It’s my dream, a source of joy and happiness - My pursuit is always to create photographs with, and for others. I want to show the beauty, and reality of everyone. I want to create, capture, document -to communicate what matters most in this world.
Born in Minnesota in 1998, Growing up homeschool style with the great outdoors as a secondary teacher to my mother I developed a fondness for having fun and learning with my family outdoors. I have always been close with my family more often than not always accompanied by my sister or brother. I care deeply about these relationships. Nowadays I love to camp, hunt, push myself to my physical limits with hiking and running.
Through the years I have grown a fascination with painting, drawing, pottery, sculptures of mud and clay, and more recently as of 2016, I bought my first camera and fell in love. Since then I graduated from Normandale community college with a degree in fine arts with an emphasis on photography.
